  1. British social realism is a movement that played very important role in the development of european cinemavand had an impact on a whole generation of British filmmakers. So the task of making a British Social Realism required a close understanding of the genre. 'Class Struggle' is our interpretation of British Social Realism told from the perspective of a man from the working class struggling because of the raise of the capitalistic system enslaving people.
In my opinion the film worked well. It shows how money bring power and approval in the capitalistic world and how a man from the working class does not even have the courage to defend what he loves.
The film ends with a controversial shot of the queen's face burning between the ashes left from the burned money. That ending shows the protagonist's disappointment and disapproval to the capitalistic system.
Although the task was really hard, I think we did well and at the end 'Class Struggle' appeared to be a good short piece.
